Hi Shubham,
Welcome to LibreOffice community.
First of all, you need to buid libreoffice from source. Following
steps from our wiki[1] would help you a lot in this. If you get stuck
somewhere after following the steps, feel free to email to this
mailing list, and someone should be able to help you.
After you are done with compiling this beast, I would recommend to
start from one of the easy hacks[2], whichever interests you. The easy
hacks are mentored by experienced people who already know a lot about
the piece of code you are doing easy hack in. Feel free to get in
touch with respective mentors. You can join #libreoffice-dev, where
libreoffice development talks happen, on freenode and lurk around. You
would most likely also find your mentors there along with many
libreoffice contributors discussing stuff. Feel free to get in touch
with them, either on bugzilla, email, or IRC.
Good luck !

through.
