Actually for KDE this is currently a non-solveable problem. KDE defines
protocol handlers LO can handle in the desktop file
(X-KDE-Protocols=...). But this will never be correct, as the support
depends on the VCL backend and the native open / save dialogs setting.
Actually this is used for MIME handling and AFAIK there is no way to
handle this in a dynamic way based on the LO settings.
I currently don't see a way to really fix this.
