Once I delete LibreOffice Quick Start will not start LibreOffice 4.4.

First off, I think you will find that stating your questions in the English
language will get better results. Also, I think your question might be
better asked in user mailing lists and forums than on the developer mailing
list.
Having said that, re-installing (uninstall, install) should probably fix
your issue.
