Yes, it's possible, just the Jenkins UI is confusing a bit.

is it 'possible' ?, yes in theory, no in practice as long as I
physically host a bunch of the slaves, since I absolutely do not have
the upload bandwidth to support this.

longer term I envision to have the mac mini shipped to a hoster and
move the windows slave into VMs in TDF infra...
at which point it should be possible to have them upload 'build artifacts'
