Nominating #84752# which is a regression, worked fine in 4.2 and broken in 4.3
and Master. Impact is 100 users that use these types of ODT documents as part
of daily use. Opening and navigating is so slow, it's unusable. MAB criteria
met: freeze and unusual function. No work around exists.
