Windows build also broken on Windows 7.

Hi all,
When I tried to install latest daily build from 17th and 16th
of September (from TB 42). In both cases it installs successfully
but when I try to run it, I get this fatal message:
*LibreOfficeDev 4.4 - Fatal Error*

*The program cannot be started.*
*The service manager is not available.*
*("Cannot open uno ini
file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/LibreOfficeDev%204/URE/bin/uno.ini")*
*Start setup application to repair the installation from CD, or the folder

Anyone touched the installation process ?
Any ideas here?
