GSoc final evaluations questions

Hi GSoC mentors, 

Here are the questions you'll need to answer next week for the final
evaluations. If you can't submit the evaluation yourself, please email
the answers to the GSoC admins.

>      1. How would you rate the student’s performance on his/her
>         project since the midterm evaluations?
