Added bug 81511 - dictionaries completely broken in 4.3.0.3 rc (works fine
in beta1)
I second this as a blocker for the 4.3.0 release. Even though bug 81511 has a
fix for 4.3.1 I think it such a big regression from 4.3.0.1 that an RC4 should
be considered.
