Nominating bug 81357: Setting default language to "None" doesn't stick, but
reverts to "English USA".  This is very inconvenient for me (and others I
expect) that work in multiple minority languages.  I set "None" as the default
so I can keep "check spelling as I type" enabled, but it won't pop the "red
squiggles" until I define the langauge of the document.
