Turns out that the patch is not as reliable as it should be :-/
Beta1 build on XP still suffers from the problem.
Workarounds:
* run LibreOffice from a cygwin shell (then everything works, also
java and python scripts)
or
* disable auto-spellchecking and don't use Tools|Macros (i.e. avoid to
load python in any way).
