[Bug 40469] Modifed Frame Style Options Not Preserved, "Keep Ratio" Option Unavailable

The frame styles do not have thwe same behavior and some options do not have effect on graphics. You cannot apply frame styles to a bunch of inserted pictures, because formatting optios inside frame style do not work well.
