I've posted up stack trace for the the IAccessible2 related hang of the
Windows 4.2.0.2 RC2 builds to BZ.

It looks to be an OLE32 issue, but I'm not clear (or I could be too late in
the crash to have the correct point of failure). 

Annoying because the corresponding TB 42 builds of the branch are fine, as
are builds of master, is this a release server build issue?  I've done as
much as I can with it, needs dev attention--Stephan B., Michael(s)?
