AFAIK,
--with-distro=LibreOfficeLinux.conf
which reads the file
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/tree/distro-configs/LibreOfficeLinux.conf?id=libreoffice-4.1.4.2
and uses the switches there.
