Might be related to ccache if you have that enabled and interrupted the last build at a very unfortunate time. If so then try the command CCACHE_RECACHE=1 make /home/cono/src/git/libo_core/workdir/CxxObject/framework/source/services/urltransformer.o which hopefully builds only that target, and then continue with a normal make.
