I never asked for it, and find it utterly confusing.
Thats not the point. The point is that:
- we have it on the wiki and stuff
- need to clean this up if OTRS gets decommissioned
- as otherwise people will report to it and be annoyed when there is no feedback
(the fact that we dont particulary love OTRS or that it is rarely used is
irrelevant to this.)
