actually I was wrong with that...
avmedia/source/vlc/*.cxx
contains a bunch of
#include "wrapper/xxx.hxx"
which are in avmedia/source/vlc/wrapper/*.hxx
and as it turn out that is a fairly common pattern... found in chart2,
xmlsecurity, ... :-(
