* Release Engineering update (Cloph)
    + 4.1.2 RC1 status
        + on the way to the offical mirror network, delayed by initial
          clone.
        + 4.1.2 should have updated runtimes => no problem.
    + 4.1.1 retrospective
        + fdo#68765 - Windows msvc status / resolution (Andras,Cloph)
        + currently re-building it.
        => consensus on pushing a new build with the fix.
    + 4.1.2 RC2 - week before the conference Sept. 16th
    + 4.0.6 RC1 - week after the conference Sept 30th.

    + OpenCL testing build planned for 4.2 pre/before Alpha 0
        + mid to end October would be good.
* Conf-calling numbers
    + thanks to SUSE for providing free-phone dial-ins thus far
    + Collabora's rates - at WebEx eg. are prohibitive $150/week for us
    + globalmeeting similar.
    + Google+ is free - but lots of people prefer telephones
    + Talk-yo is freeish;
        http://www.talkyoo.net/en/conference_call_international_numbers
    + Free dial out to USA and Canada from various countries via google hangout:
        https://www.google.com/voice/b/0/rates?hl=en&p=hangout
    + local calls in the US are fine anyway (Norbert)
    + Mumble as an option (Bjoern)
        + tried 2x years ago - it was a mess (Florian)
            + time invested each call a disaster
    + Conclusion:
        + Bridge Google+ and Talk-yo
           => dial-in details will change.
        + this works well for the QA call (Bjoern)
AI: + send Michael the talk-yo dial-in pieces for the 3rd room (Florian)
    + any ESC member needs & sees a headset sub $50 - just buy and expense it (Michael+Caolan)
* ESC composition / update
    + propose Joel -> Robinson
    + propose adding Miklos
    + propose adding Adam
    + propose cleaning a few others.
AI: + invite Tom / Joren to a few calls to see what it's like (Bjoern)
AI: + poke cleaning up the list (Michael)
* UX input (Astron/Mirek)
* GSOC update (Cedric)
    + not much to say just yet.
    + Evaluations are due during the conference.
    + remind - ask students whether they're coming to the
      conference - there is a panel session.
        + google can pay up to $500 to help with that.
        + TDF can pay the remainder
* Coverity scan pieces (Markus)
    + a set of 7x new/changed issues arrived
        + most important issues fixed already by Caolan & Markus
    + none of them really serious
    + otherwise, good if more people can look at the 'new' issues.
        + eg. new memory leaks since the last report
    + people missing shared ptrs.
    + people need to register to get a mail wrt. a new build
    + could we just filter out eg. the memory leaks & mail them to the list ? (Caolan)
        + opening up more to a wider audience ?
        + auto-git-blame the line that is logged and mail them ? (Bjoern)
* Migration of gerrit machine planned for next week (Bjoern)
    + is that truly due for next week ? need to prep for bumps.
    + Robert on vacation 2x weeks, good to have him around to fix it
    + plan for the week before the conference
* Windows tinderbox up-loaders - where are they ? (Caolan)
    + Kendy / Thorsten / Moggi - have them in their homes; no issue.
    + Mac build bots shut down tomorrow for some sysadmin (Florian)
    + windows / dbgutil builds migrating to Kendy's home.
* QA update (Robinson)
    + 41 new regression bugs this week [!] - most fixed though.
    + 2x of the 3.6 MABs still left to be migrated.
