Pretty tricky, lots of pieces need other pieces initialized before each
other and its hard to find a way through, but how about the attached, it
seems to work for me.
Seems to work fine :), even file a print dialogs now have the proper
direction, not only the localization (I tested the other case, LTR
LibreOffice on a RTL locale, though).
