I nominate the personas Bug 59230 which appears to effect .deb versions of 4.1.
Although personas provides no "useful" function in LibO, it is a great
emotional aid in personalising LibO and adding company branding. Although I can
manually bypass the problem, this would not be in the skill level of the normal
user.
