Seems that for Add-In functions we use the UI language's function name
in this case. Probably ScCompiler::fillFromAddInCollectionEnglishName()
is not able to obtain the LANGUAGE_ENGLISH_US case, or isn't called but
ScCompiler::fillFromAddInCollectionUpperName() is called instead.
