Can you provide more information about the 2nd part of your mail ?
Why do you connect the unit-test part to the CustomShapeGeometry?

The various properties connected to the geometry of customshapes is
available (in general) for reading and writing under a single
CustomShapeGeometry UNO property. According to your finding, it seems
that the MirroredX part of that property is currently only working for
reading, not for writing.

To work around that, you tweaked core to accept a MirroredX toplevel
property for writing. As already mentioned in the previous mail, we
suggest to fix the writing of MirroredX inside CustomShapeGeometry;
so the read/write of this property will be symmetric.
