[GSOC] about:config utility a.k.a Expert Config - Weekly Report #7

Hi all,

The project merged to master this week. Because of that I don't commit
often anymore. Last weeks work is continues this week too. But it wont take
too much I think it will be done today or tomorrow. The commit will allow
us to use edit button for the values which are not boolean. Boolean ones
are will toggled, other types will create a new dialog which allows user to
edit the value of the property.

After finishing this work will chase the performance issues on creating
list. Currently listbox doesn't show all of the settings.

Most of them are already on my to-do list. Will work on that after solving
