after a bit more of reflection....

1/ the current API specify 0 as = no-limit
2/ There is no practical use-case that would need to _set_ a hard
limit above 32K. (I mean other than no-limit)
3/ I could adjust the get code so that it return 0 when the limit is
effectively above 32K. so from a UNO client the message is that filed
can be of arbitrary size deal with it. (even if the real data is
actually bound to a limit >32K )
