Feedback on BSA FR first month

Hi all,

Some feedback about BSA in French:
BSA-FR was active from June 29th, so it's about a month now.
There was 6 reports filled in French that arrived on our qa list:
1 was an enhancement
2 were already filled
2 was not bugs but a user problem
1 (the last one) is still waiting for more info from the user and a test 
document

Each time, the user reporting on the BSA has been in copy of our exchanges.

I think we will get more reports during September, so I'll give you 
another update by the end of September.
