I'm not a developer but I wish to report a problem.
I hope this help...
I've a friend using a PC with Windows 7 (32 bit)
where he installed both Word and LibreOffice 4.0
In this system, Word opens in 3 seconds whilst LibreOffice 4.0 opens in 30
seconds.
I suggested to try to install LibreOffice 3.6, and this opens in the half
time.
Perhaps, is it a known bug of LibreOffice 4.0 version?
