Anyone can tell me what IDE can i use to develope some extension??

Pick the one you're familiar with. And of course depends on what
language you want to write your extension in. Eclipse works well, so
should netbeans.

For Eclipse and java, there is the ooeclipse plugin that helps in
creating the necessary skeleton and stuff.
See
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/contrib/ooeclipse/tree/build/README
or
http://www.mail-archive.com/libreoffice@lists.freedesktop.org/msg00275.html
on how to install it

hth,
ciao
Christian
