Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables FONTCONFIG_CFLAGS
and FONTCONFIG_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.
Error running configure at ./autogen.sh line 207.

The problem is that I have not the idea how to fix it.

I have fontconfig 2.10.1 and pkg-config 0.26 installed.

But do you have fontconfig-devel (or fontconfig-dev, or whatever it is
named in your distro) as well?

How do I configure FONTCONFIG_CFLAGS
and FONTCONFIG_LIBS?

Add FONTCONFIG_CFLAGS=-I<include-path> FONTCONFIG_LIBS='-L<library-path> -lfontconfig' to configure
arguments (or export the two variables before running configure).

D.
