[PATCH libreoffice-4-1] fix build with system-harfbuzz >= 0.9.18

Hi,

I have submitted a patch for review:

To pull it, you can do:

    git pull ssh://gerrit.libreoffice.org:29418/core refs/changes/31/4131/1

fix build with system-harfbuzz >= 0.9.18

.. as it split out the icu libs and thus we need to use harfbuzz-icu
for pkg-config to get the needed -lharfbuzz-icu
