Thanks for the fix. Coaching I got on IRC said that these IDs have no
meaning per se, they just need to be unique within each file.

The question now is why I did not get that error when test-building
myself...

    e54918ea208076c28dd2b2879f2aee3f280f81b3 "document new value -1 for BoundColumn
    property of ListBox."  No idea if this is a proper fix, though.
