This is a rebuild; I did not (yet) have to try `make clean`.

You don't need to.
Everybody will face this error because they have old Makefile generated.
Just do ./autogen.sh to generate a new Makefile.

Fixed meanwhile with <http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=a32283f452e54f31dab728e8df0822f43f2fce14> "Resiliance against dropped prerequisites for rerunning autogen.sh."
