Hi Tor, Tim,

Last year there was work by Tim Hardeck to implement mouse-centered
zooming. See

work never got included in the sources, I guess there were some
glitches still in it and then Tim didn't have more time to work on it,
or something.


Could this have a relation with the work that I still try to do on fdo#40465?
I mean, will my time working on fdo#40465 be 'wasted' time?
BTW, currently I'm trying to restart on it, finding the appropiate code proved to be difficult so 
far.
