Need help regarding BUG #60700 – The Document Foundation Mailing List Archives

Hi, I've been looking into bug #60700 <https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60700> and have currently managed to figure out when those empty directories are created. Can anybody tell what those directories -should- contain when not empty? Also, if someone could give me a scenario to follow in order to obtain, for example, an .odt file in which said directories are not empty, it would really help me.
