the error message is from unzip; i'd assume ist's some problem with
multiple unzips running in parallel that want to write the same dirs.

but the whole let's zip a bunch of source files, copy that zip file to
the solver, then unzip the zip files in odk again to run javadoc seems
like gratuitous complexity to me anyway, so i've removed that nonsense
in 43dd869ec9777bd9e8f79b12b8037aab28cd0716.
