LO manual test site (Moztrap) update and source code.

Hi there,

Because of the significant update of features and bug fixes, I was
trying an update of Libreoffice Moztrap from 1.0.X to 1.3.7 in last
couple of weeks. Mostly the work was to merge our own patches and
resolve data compatible issues.

After days of testing, I think it is now a good time to upgrade our
running instance. I plan to do it on Wednesday(20/Feb/2013), when the
server will be probably not available to work with. Please let me know if
you have any concern on it.
