[PATCH] configure: drop no longer working --with-linked-git option

Hi,

I have submitted a patch for review:

To pull it, you can do:

configure: drop no longer working --with-linked-git option

--with-referenced-git works with submodules, --with-linked-git does not.
And I don't see a way to fix it, either.
