Note that it does not include matching Windows installer background
images, though. It should be possible to fix that in the 4.0.1 timeframe
at least.
There were some concerns about this artwork from the marketing team. The
result is a pool on the design list.
The final decision can't be made before 4.0.0 finished. We are going to
release 4.0.0 with the old branding. The new branding will be used for
4.0.1 or 4.1.
