Plan b) gordian knot chopping, how about then I tweak thing to have two
translations for the OK and Cancel Button strings e.g. SV_BUTTONTEXT_OK
and SV_BUTTONTEXT_OK_NO_MNEMONIC and have the ifdef for windows select
between the two, which still removes the problem of trying to
automatically add mnemonics to the string for one case vs trying to
strip them out for the other.
