Heh, I wanted to upload the dll but I was unable to find the right
version with the given md5sum. Could you please point me to it?


Also, is there a better way to get a new file uploaded than emailing
the mailing list?


Another possibility is to ask on irc. You might ping the people with
operator rights on the #libreoffice-dev channel. Most of them have write
access to http://dev-www.libreoffice.org/src or they know someone who
has it :-)
