        + 4.0 timeline:
                + Monday is the deadline for Beta2
                + ideally the last deadline for delayed features
                + still no double etc. review needed until we get to RC1
        + 3.6.4 retrospective
                + a good release, needed an rc3 only down to a minor slip
        + please don't forget to cherry-pick fixes from master -> 4.0 -> 3.6
                + 3.6.5 - in January 14th
        + completing generic / Linux builds -> RedHat (Caolan)

                + ongoing discussion for 4.0
                + old design file->templates->organise, new->templates & documents
                + new template manager replaces the latter, needs work
                  to replace the 'organise' function; seems similar but
                  really isn't.
                        + missing fn is importing styles into documents.
                + at least the common UI is much improved.

* un-publishing DataPilot APIs (Kohei)
        + struggled to remove bits from types.rdb
                + done - thanks to Michael S.

* gnome-vfs / dependencies issues (Bjoern)
        + if adding libbonobo is the solution then we have the wrong problem
        + causing crash-on-starts etc. - bin it for gio ...
        + we need to get rid of gnome-vfs in our downloadable build
                + no gio in RHEL5 base-line ...
        + punt till next time - Fridrich input required.
                + could potentially build with newer glib
                + new dbus menu bits conditional on gio (Bjoern)

* bibisect build / brokenness (Bjoern)
        + 262 builds in a single bibisect repo 4GB small ...

          of back-to-back checkouts
        + some 1/4 of random checkouts don't build successfully

* Disabling Office 95 export filters (Brian Q)
        + disable word 6 export ? (Caolan)
        + why are people even selecting that ?
        + decided: disable it for now, leave code in in case of
          screaming for a release or so (agreed)

* Certification Committee update (Kendy/Stephan/Bjoern)
        + ongoing work as above.

                + lots of cleanup in configure
        + remove Accessibility API use / sample from odk (Thorsten)
        + MSI file re-name to be renamed for 4.0 LibreOffice
                + also rename the Linux download tar-balls (Fridrich)
                + and Mac packages.
                + causes some pain for download scripts (Thorsten)
                + getting installer up on download list, other
                  shuffling is painful
                + LibO not a great truncation - branding-wise.
                + persuade Thorsten of final resting place goodness (Kendy)
        + user migration path thought / testing (Stephan)
                + seems to work nicely; modulo re-enabling of explicitly
                  disabled extensions post migration
                + if it is not going to work it'll be disabled again during
                  registration.
                + still issue with 'MIGRATED' flag, esp. on Windows + Mac
AI: + need to rename the MIGRATED flag and unwind re-migration (Michael)
        + disable legacy stlport packaging for Linux + Mac (Stephan)

* Proposed easy-hacks -> Easy Hacks (Joel)
        + developers need to decide what to do next
                + punting for a month ?
        + re-visit finding devs to build code-pointers for these:

                + query 'UNCONFIRMED' vs. 4.0/4.0alpha/4.0beta
        + Joel's favorite bug of the week:
                + https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57953

        ** Requests for specific areas for QA appreciated **

* regressions spike explanation ? (Michael S)
        + UI of BSA - uses unfortunate terms - users specify
          their problem used to work in a previous version
        + what they mean is used it for actual work / or ambiguous
          formulation
        + writer: removed 'regression' from 8-10 bugs, filed by BSA,
          more or less obviously not regressions.
        + quick sanity check: version reported == last-known-working version
                + these are clearly nonsensical / not-regressions
AI: + can we elide 'regression' from those in the BSA (Rob S?)
        + lots of users: updating their versions to latest
                + user expectation is that versions bump forwards
                + first version tested against ...
                + discuss it at QA call.
AI: + can BSA add the version to the comment as well (Rob S?)
                + to avoid users double submitting that.
