Remove save to old Microsoft office formats

Hi all, This patch removes the ability to save to old office 6/95 formats. I've also opened a bug on it here: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53471 It's a very trivial patch but: This contribution to LibreOffice may be licensed under the MPL/LGPLv3+ dual license.
