Normally, it should be downloaded with 'make fetch'

We preload all tarballs to not load them again and again when building
packages.
Rene's hint helped me to solve this. It would be nice to get a hint
about such changes and other build related things like the move from
extensions to core components in the release announcements. Not every
packager follows all git commits.
