[PATCH] Remove useless method SetBackgroundBitmap

Remove useless method SetBackgroundBitmap

Thomas Arnhold asked me to take a look at the method SetBackgroundBitmap.
In my XFCE, removing this method didn't chnage anything. So this needs more
tests in Windows and other WM's.
