This morning I found the build stoped with this error message :

This time, it seems there is something missing in the install process.
New try : git pull -r -> make dev-install :-)

With the help of Norbert to actually push a submodule commit, I hope
this is now fixed again on latest master.
Yes it works. I did a make distclean, removed dictionaries and
helpcontent2 then make fetch, then make dev-install and finally the
installer found each file it needs.
