[PATCH] Remove blocks of code that will never execute("#if 0" blocks...

Hi,

I have submitted a patch for review:

To pull it, you can do:

Remove blocks of code that will never execute("#if 0" blocks)

These blocks of code will never execute. So we can safely remove them.
