If it's really necessary (I didn't contribute anything, just raised awareness, kinda like filing a 
bug report). Other open source projects make statements like "by contributing, you agree to license 
your code blah blah blah" to avoid people having to make public declarations.

So, yes, all my past and future contributions to LibreOffice may be licensed under the MPL/LGPLv3+ 
dual license.
