Tentatively at around 1800 UTC on this friday (17th), we will switch
the primary git repos from fdo to gerrit.libreoffice.org
What you should expect:
Gerrit will be taken offine.
The fdo git repos 'core','binfilter',help','dictionaries' and
'translations' will be changed in order to refuse any pushing to it.
The equivalent git repo on the gerrit side will be refreshed based on fdo's copy
Gerrit will be set-up to replicate back to fdo
Gerrit will be brought back online.
The outage should hopefully be taking less than one hour... if Murphy
does not show-up likely less than 15 minutes...
I will be posting another message to the ML when things are done,
indicating the outcome and the step committers need to take to adapt
to the new situation.
