        Sure - there are a few instances of early bug filers getting rather
annoyed - that is unfortunate. On the other hand - these bugs have been
in the NEEDINFO state forages and no-one has responded.

        And yes - there is little enough QA bandwidth, and enough bugs - that
we rely on users caring and getting involved in QA - to the point of
re-testing their bugs vs. the latest version. If that is annoying to
enough users - perhaps they'll get involved in testing / confirming
other peoples bugs to the point that mass closes are not necessary
anymore :-)
