opengrok shows FIELD_FIRST_VIRTUAL_COLUMN used only in
dbaccess/source/ui/tabledesign/TEditControl.cxx, where two
lines read ...
if( nColId < FIELD_FIRST_VIRTUAL_COLUMN )
My conclusion is that the definitions are reasonable.
