[ANNOUNCE] libreoffice-3.6.0.4 tag created

Hi,

there have been created the libreoffice-3.6.0.4 tag (aka rc4). The
corresponding official builds will be available within next few days.
It will be used as final if no blocker is found.

We did this extra release candidate because of blockers:

        + https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51252
          LO cannot start (reports runtime error with Visual C++ Runtime Library)

        + https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52393
          FILEOPEN 3.5.x spreadsheet with wrong row height

Now, you might switch your current 3-6 source tree to it using:

./g fetch --tags

They will be available from the official page together with the builds.
