Allow me to disagree, as it is a way to inform the user of an upgrade...
many users are lazy and upgrading is not on their concerns
(unfortunately), and besides, we get a chance to increase our download
figures.
But differential updates are a must, for sure. The user & sysadmin Nirvana.
